The reason why you see this line repeated ( admittedly one of the best ) is that it states a fact.
It doesn't take much to fact-check it either, I'm like Thomas the Apostle myself, got to touch it to believe it, so I visited the FDA website https://clinicaltrials.gov/ and typed "cannabidiol" in the "other terms" field. Below left is my search results, which came out very similar to that which the company included in the presentation at the Fall Clinical last month (their claim is the right thumbnail - my highlight in red):




Apart from being a factual claim (verifiable by going through the results to confirm that there's not been and there's currently no other trial for dermatological disorders run under the supervision of the FDA - that something I can't do for you), it also suffice to say that presenting a false claim at the most publicized dermatological conference wouldn't go unnoticed and it wouldn't be good for business either.
