I see this line frequently on the hc BOT threads with the assumption that that is a good thing. I'm not so sure: if something sounds too good to be true then it probably is. Why of the tens of thousands of research teams around the world looking for the next big drug is there only one, Botanix, that is looking at CBD applications in dermatology? Particularly given cannabis and CBD are a major fad in north America in recent times. Maybe the randomiser has smiled on Botanix and they're the only ones with the winning lottery numbers. Hopefully that is the case, but we are yet to see evidence one way or the other imo.
