always a little cynical about interviews with individual patients, particularly in blinded trials (so we don't even know if the patient is on the active drug or placebo). I remember a great interview with a patient on a pbt trial (for Alzheimer's) and interviews with patients on IIL compassionate program. both extolling the virtues of the treatments. the trial gods unfortunately had a different plan in each case...
