Grimshaw more than doubled the market cap of BOQ in 24 months..... that deserves a 'golden handshake'. And as for you 'i still think he is way over his neck in required talent to be a performer in his new US job', well as the old saying goes, bit off more than you can chew and chew like f#%k. You sound like a disgruntled ex employee or x friend with a vendetta.
