BoQ is paying an 38c + 19c Franked div and that is quite spectacular. After Div date the share is worth 57c LESS, so potentially dropping by this amount and then some possibly. A drop into the high $9 is on the cards!The banking enquiry, people's high costs of living and other pressures could affect BoQ revenues thereby pushing its price lower. Where is fair value? That's where everyone's comfort level sits. I'm getting interested in buying back in but it's a nervous time just yet.
