looks like the shorters have the upper hand.
they are desperate to crack $10 ex divvy and the closing price today less the grossed up divvy of 54.5 cents means that it will be in the 9's at start of trade on Thursday.
still have no idea why BEN keeps on going up- it wasn't shorted that much and results and divvy are a long time coming!
