Big business [especially banks] don't only rely on the CEO or one vital person. It would be wise to have a team of professionals that run a big company. Resignations are common especially in the upper ranks. So unless there is something they are not disclosing to the market, this is nothing more than a minor bump.
To me this was an opportunity to buy BOQ under 12.00. The stock should perform in the same manner is a few days.
