Time value of money.
They're not far off being at the strike price, yet have a long time to reach that.
Think if you owned them, would you be willing to sell at 0.1c for such a long period with such a high chance of them meeting the strike price in that time?
0.1c is basically giving them away, when they do have a value, albeit aren't 'in the money' yet.
