"The bonus issue is being conducted in recognition of the patience that shareholders have displayed with the delays that have occurred with respect the closing of the acquisition of Golden Horde Limited (“GOH”, which is now due to occur in early December 2018 subject to shareholder approval being received at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting to be held on 28 November 2018."
