By current suggested schedule, PKO has no Cadloa funding contribution until 2H14 or there abouts.
CADCO either makes Cadloa happen, pays up to PKO, or the SC expires, it's up to them. No Cadloa, No CADCO.
PKO has other projects on the go, Blade doesn't.
