I think Errol Smart has an ideal background: Geology training from an Economically viable perspective. He also seems to be in the 40-50 age bracket (very rough guess) which is good - hungry to succeed rather than looking to line his own pockets ready for retirement (had enough of those CEO's).
The team seems to be well put together, effective and to be doing a good job
Must admit though, I do think their cash position is weak and capital will need to be raised in a few months!!!
