    Surprised he bothered to go on BRR, given he's effectively only addressing 19% of shareholders.

    Does he need the non BCP shareholder votes for the security package ?
    ie, would BCP be excluded from the vote seeing as they're on both sides of the deal
    ....conflict of interest ?
