If we were to see an announcement that said the $600 million debt was guaranteed then I am pretty sure the share price would surge (maybe to 1.5c to 2c) which would be very much in favour of an equity raise for the rest without huge dilution.
Either we are not all that close to getting finance - or someone wants a big dilution.
Just the way I see it.
