Rocket what makes you think that Hamish wont meet with the new governor .The new governor
is busy doing rounds at the moment that is why he cannot meet him now but he will meet with
him the week after. Its very unfair for you to say that he is incompetent when he is doing all he can to make this project a success. It shows your interior motives for doing all your repetitious
postings which is all about vengeance
