Refinery plant:
The EIS is expected to be drafted and submitted in Q2 2019 subject to delays beyond the direct control of TNG.

Mine:
The Company has maintained a close liaison with the NT Department of Primary Industryand Resources on progress and the MMP is scheduled to be submitted in Q2 2019 subject to delays beyond the direct control of TNG.

The 'subject to delays' suggests it will take the best part of the next Q to complete, then both need to be approved. How long that gunna take?? So ya all know the score, quit whinging! Plus an attempt to list on the AIM, I've no doubt will slow progress. The checklist for what needs to be done seems to be growing...
We are not going into construction this year!! Get over it..
