Yes they are definitely relevant. I had a read the other day of the 2012 report to look at the terms of the loan and it is pretty clear the loans need to be repaid on resignation unless it it is permanent retirement, which from the announcement it appears not to be the case. However if the SP is lower at the point of sale than when they were granted no extra money need be repaid. It might also be the case that it was RT that made the repayment that was in the recent half yearly report. From memory it was $118,000 repaid and I think his exercise price was 9.5c which equals roughly 1.2 million shares out of the 2 million that were issued, that’s IF it was him.
