This is brilliant. The Chairman signs a contract to provide 'executive services' - re strategy advice, then immediately offers to buy the Co on the cheap! Hope TAP get a refund for his 'strategic advice'. My guess he advised them to sell.
Where's the regulator in all this? Smells bad.
