swami's never been a fan of todd or stl... he tries to find companies with issues and point them out to the world... far from right all the time...
the asx wouldn't allow the voluntary suspension request for reasons given. there is a known debt restructure and the chairman has resigned... probbaly both hard enough, let alone if they've inadvertently been forced or decided at same time. don't replace a chairman and MD overnight.
