I went April 2010 - been with the company 23 years, got 5 weeks pay as they called it termination due to not fitting the "culture" of the company. Well i have already spoken about the culture, i wouldnt share a beer with any of my peers or CEO or Directors..well Darren Churchill CEO ws an ex-chef, Terry James Director ex- laundry man and i was having to report to these dopes as a fully qualified CPA with 23 years of building up and running successful Recruitment companies and hard earned commercial experience. I had huge loyalty with my staff some who had been with me 12 years. Hence when i left all the top performers joined me. Commenced business in Sept 2010 and for 2011/12 turned over $10m+ but more importantly a bottomline Profit HUM would even be happy with. FOcussed on High Margin, long term, solid bluechip clients, they pay 14-21 days, no time wasting meeting, no myriads of reporting, low overheads, recruitment systems that have stood the test of time, we hardly ever work more than 35 hours /week, paid staff more, better commission structure, a lot work from home offices, they are all self managing etc etc (ie opposite to TRG)- and what about you??
