The problem is that our JV partner has us over the barrel and I fear that we are facing the wrong way.
As far as I can tell the laws were changed, we need to 'renegotiate' with our partners, they are far more certain now about the financials with the project, they want far more return for no great risk to them, they have time on their hands.
