Hmm .. Sounds familiar, mugsley. AGS pays for drilling, licences etc and GM buys the WA tenements for a song (indep valuer justifying of course!) following cash distribution and company closure??
Well, it may not happen, but we have precedent.
From being the major shareholder in ORS (Maldon + the WA tenements GM bought for .0055/share) AGS finished up receiving $121,000 (wa leases) and 8.8m AYC shares, currently worth <$250k !!
Cf directors salaries and legal costs !! Not bitter, but feeling foolish for trusting this mob to put shareholders ahead of themselves
