The new BOD are nominee directors of whomever convinced the old BOD to remove themselves. Dalziell has skin in the game via the Malamut/Husky Vend into the company (as seen in the Ann). The others are there to run it. I am intrigued as to how they propose to remunerate themselves. Hope that helps @stereopsis
