Hey2, you state absolutely nothing new.
I will argue one point, I don't think any shareholders want the BOD replaced. They just got here. Maybe I'm wrong.
As I have also stated, I wouldn't be surprised if the new BOD take the company private.
I think it's pretty obvious the value of the shares, which if you kindly note is why I said I think a Share based CR would fail. As for the assets/licenses there is some potential there. It just hasn't been explored properly to find out it's value, early stages suggest it's worth exploring. There are plenty of companies that specialize in funding these types of companies. Let's all hope we don't get another Everblu.
So the overall outlook isn't great but it hasn't been for a long time. One must look at 2 things. Nothing's change in regards to company prospects but it now looks like something may. The new BOD must of have had some idea of what they were getting themselves in for, so it can be safely assumed they have some type of plan.
I believe we are all waiting with baited breathe to find out what it is, and the ASX's reasons for continued suspension other than the obvious cash flow. Which is worth pointing out, we will most likely hear pretty soon.
Lastly, why are you posting here? You're not a shareholder, you're not a potential shareholder. I don't see any reason at all. Maybe you can fill me in on that? Also stop assuming that because you use fancy words you're smarter than anyone here it's kinda annoying. Like I said at the start you post nothing new.
In the mean time I'm going to wait and see if the small glimmer of hope is just that.

@John1985 . I will ask a straight question. What is so wrong with retail shareholders grouping together to make a > 5% entity that will have a seat on the table?
