Sometimes it is clearly a case of be careful of ' what you wish for '   So as per the announcement the old BOD has a total of :- 10,569,146 million shares.    With clearly the guy you want to keep on board being Matthew Perrot - which I think most can agree with

The rest can't really do any further damage IMO......
