    That's because they would no doubt be considered  ' Casual Vacancies ' which have arisen as a result of all this hoo-haa and so in accordance with ASX listing Rules , Corporations Laws as well as the VIC Company's Constitution  - Casual vacancies can be created bydirectors leaving for reasons otherthan retirement at the end of aterm ( A Director could die for example or if a director resigns or is otherwise unable tocontinue to serve as a director ). 

    The constitution may allow the board toappoint a director to fill the vacancyeven where there are fewer than thestatutory minimum or quorum ofdirectors.   A director appointed to filla casual vacancy or as an additionto the board of a listed publiccompany can hold office onlyuntil the next annual generalmeeting of the company and isthen eligible for re-election

    I thought you would have know that before you go ahead and post another ridiculous and un researched comment.   Unfortunately or rather fortunately - whichever you want to look at it - You don't get to vote this time I'm afraid.....biggrin.png
