It seems to be that the ball is firmly with the ASX to make a decision, unfortunately it has no incentive to do anything until the ASX decides what to do.
I plan on contacting the ASX and asking for an explanation as to why this situation remains ongoing and will share my experience with you all directly

Thanks. My considerations are that ASX as an institution should help solve this situation with sense of urgency as the public are affected by this long delay. The Association with another business entity is totally out of context.
