Yes, I would think that if the new board is good, they would probably keep the investors updated on a weekly basis on the progress till the suspension is lifted. The old BOD or big investors who has the biggest voting rights wants VIC to survive more than HDY as it is not easy to change the entire BOD. Looking at the HDY situation , the old BOD can't leave cause that's just too much they have done wrong .
It would be good if Runner will give a courtesy call to the new management to follow up as a concerned shareholder. Nothing wrong with that i suppose.
