I'm pretty sure he said he expected something by today. To be honest I do as well. I think an email or phone call might be in order.
On a side note, what's with all these other companies' share holders trying get people to jump on their bandwagons...
I'm sure that the new BOD will release something soon. Well that might be hope more than being sure.
