I'm of the opinion that the ASX concern for initial suspension is gone. The only reasons announced was 1 previous transaction, that was put to the shareholders after the fact to correct it and the on going issues at HDY, which should have been resolved with the departure of the previous board.

I think it's mainly cash flow. And obviously get the companies affairs in order. There doesn't appear to be any other reason for continued suspension.
