I am holding - IMO -
- if T2 achieve 96.4% then I get compulsorily acquired at $1.35 - I just have a 4 month delay on the initial $1/share
- if T2 get less than 96.4% and there are objections then court valuation will be min $1.35 and T2 will pay that price to clean up the shares.
- also I expect there will be an active off-market between Friday night and when T2 chase the balance of shares - at above $1.35.
