I would also suggest that it would a little disheartening to find out that he is the company sec for Padbury mining PDY, I presume this is the same guy that has signed of on today's announcement to the ASX by Padbury.
If so let's hope he has not used his extensive ASIC and ASX experience in that disaster.
Notice there was only a couple of his current positions mentioned and the rest were listed as other ASX companies.
