According to that Feb top 20 shareholder list, you would now only need $50,000 to get 500,000 shares and be on it.
I'd be interested to see a new list as I guess Rio wouldn't have sold any. Maybe the Investment Bank nominee accounts will move a bit since they are the holders of hedge fund positions. I would expect a local HF or two to be amongst the shorters.
