What does it say when such a sharp thinker is resigning now?
And are you saying the other 2 resigning directors are idiots? Or are they also sharp?
And why are they resigning en masse?
I guess the 2 "rebel" shareholders' proposed directors are sighing with relief that they didn't get up last year. Mind you, they probably would have altered the path of the share price and brought the transparency that we so desperately need.
Of note, there will not be a single independent director on the board of NuSep (NSP.AX) by Friday afternoon.
Nusepboardreform.info is again relevant, even though it is not up to date.
