Why should Luye be on the board? They are not shareholders?
If Iain Sorrell is "dead wood" why didn't he go last year and save us $50k? And why was he paid a $50k bonus this year?
And how is Ward Westcott and David Roffe who were only elected to the board less than a year ago, "dead wood"?
This may well be the best announcement ever and may be some spring cleaning, but is stinks. And to high heaven.
I, for one, am very concerned by this. Who else is or is it just me?
