What I hope is that ASIC investigates and they find there is a fair and reasonable explanation to all of this.

If so, why have the board been going about it this way?

Why have the board not disclosed so much? Why did 100% of the independent directors get sacked (as alleged by a poster on HC) just days before the AGM? Why didn't the board postpone the meeting to allow us to vote and confirm the directors chosen by them?

Kosenar, did you get the chance to ask what was meant by the auditors allegations of "creating a false market" and if those matters are closed? Will the shareholders be liable for the illegal activity as reporetd to ASIC by the auditors?
