Only that the entity of PDY are going to have to find a new D&O insurer when their policy comes due, and that they are going to pay a hell of a lot more for the policy....

Interesting that the door appears to have been opened for PDY's D&O insurer (Allianz), to recover something from the PI insurer of GDA Corporate for breaches of professional duties.....

Now PDY just needs to come up with some cash to pay the bills and keep the lights on.....
