Could read many ways. Obvious part is ATT has a big percentage of the company that will be hard to sell in the market piecemeal.
If commercialization of Mente Autism takes traction and advancement into FDA approval, a stake sale into a bigger medical device corporation to push the product further would be an easier way for ATT to exit and will also impact the company more positively.
