Hi asf, I respect your post but we can not just sit back and wait for take over.
Even if we think of takeover, it normally happens taking into account the current share price. It could be 1.5 times or 2 times of the SP. Even at 3 times of the current SP would be ~18c which would not be a good outcome for a lot of share holders.
Thats why SP has to be maintained at some repectable level.
Its a different story if management want to do a takeover deal with their mates. Not blaming anyone here, just guessing as I have seen it happening with species few times.
