we are left now with a board that i simply cannot see growing wealth for the shareholders.
one board member has already run a previous company into the ground. there is a good reason that the cv and previous management history are not included in the 3d company report.
isn't that a disgrace? how many companies are so ashamed of the prior performance of their directors that they censor history?. not enough to celebrate gender diversity,shareholders need results.
3d is circling the drain. it has let the money pile evaporate. they had money when no-one had cash----and not one deal was done.
what will happen when the inevitable occurs?. what price the capital raising? or will they just raise enough for directors fees each year.
