The trade you’re referencing (2,000 contracts @ 0.44) appears to have occurred on 23 Sep 2016 (a year ago).
The most recent two-way price available on the Pink Sheets is 0.25/0.55 USD (equivalent to approximately 0.06/0.14 in AUD terms); that is from 25 Sep 2017 (yesterday), but there is no available info about size (unless you subscribe to OTC Markets), so I wouldn’t take that alone as evidence of anything.
