You have a lot to learn about the functioning of the share market Sam:) He has to continue buying to stop another rich dude from comming in and buying. If he doesn't buy another rich Dude will come in and buy a "blocking" stake. What Morris is doing is paying himself a large salary (which may be hidden in the Annual report)and using the proceeds from his salary to buy CPZ shares.
