I'm not too sure about what your alluding to here. Ian Kerr and Mike Joyce still remain head of mining and exploration, Sally-Anne Layman and Mike Ball have plenty of experience between them in finance.
A bit unexpected that Ian Murray left, but that was the chairperson role anyway.
