Yes this is the key tell - the sudden depart of the new chairman who has a long history and good reputation to protect says to me he must have uncovered something very smelly. My guess is there is some rather nasty news to come out over the coming weeks and months.
It would have been very interesting to have been a fly on the wall in the GCY boardroom over the last few weeks.
