SM is barely mentioned in the release, except to say has resigned effective immediately.
No thankyou, no acknowledgement....suffice to say Mr Clarke says TIS needs "focussed" leadership, and reiterates his strong commitment as a shareholder himself.
Hopefully this means goodbye to the arrogance!
