As previously posted in the new year it is clearly evident the ED and CEO of Priority One Network Group has also been the author of TTV announcements dating back to January of this year, so it's not too difficult to establish that P1 have already assumed the control of TTV for a good six months now.
However, in this instance the definition for the term, "take over" may be far too polite, imo:
"take over" 1. To assume control, management, or responsibility. 2. To assume the control or management of or the responsibility for: 3. To become dominant:
That being said the obvious question is, did P1 actually "take over" TTV back in January, or did they just "take" them?
"take" 1. To get into one's possession by force, skill, or artifice, especially: - a. To capture physically; seize: take an enemy fortress. - b. To seize with authority; confiscate. - c. To kill, snare, or trap.
Either way, these shenanigans are playing out a striking resemblance to the Nigerian 419 scams.
Congratulations must also, once again, be extended to the ASX for their own competency issues.
