Yes they would. Presumably TTV shareholders will have to vote on this deal (whoops sham)
I don't need to see the numbers it is simply ridiculous to see a $300m backdoor listing.
We know they cannot sell it via IPO so why should TTV shareholders be completely stuffed with this.
