Does anyone know if CW and PP have vacated their positions in all the companies involved or only in MOT?

Company Announcement of 25/2/2014 on the Mobiware acquisition makes mention of 50MILL shares in three tranches with the third one being that the PPS card programme being implemented by 31/3/2014.

1. Has the PPS card programme been implemented?

2. If NOT WHY?

3. Who were/are the major stake holders in Mobiware?

4. How many are actually on the payrolls of the companies?

5. How much revenue has been forthcoming from these company
making ventures?

Answers to all of the above are deserved by all shareholders and not just the chosen few.
