Quite bizarre announcement.

Trying to learn who is who in this company and the position that they hold makes light comical reading. Presidents, vice-presidents, over a range of companies what will it be next.

Does this appointment only refer to MOT or does it include PPS and the other companies in the group. PPS has an Andrew Dale as Vice-president of sales and marketing. Is Stephen Dale associated to this person.

The need for a balance of Independent Directors is a necessity for the benefit of ALL shareholders not just a few as seems to be here. Surely they have learnt from those previous.
