Would say maybe something to do with Howard Digby being up for re-election at the AGM this week? However it's typical of Forrest to resign from board appointments after a transaction (once all shares and options are set in place for them and once the transaction is approved). Unfortunately it looks like they will still be around selling shares - if you compare the last 2 top 20 lists, you can see they are reducing their holdings. Bit frustrating that they are selling right now, and wish they would get it over and done with. TBH if their intention is to sell all holdings I would prefer for this to happen soon.
Would love to hear from Forrest's own clients who got in recently at 1c.
I wouldn't call this a successful acquisition but wouldn't call it a failure yet either. I'm hoping once the name/code changes etc, we truly will have a new company with new board, one that the new board can go and promote.
Results from a phase ii trial in roughly 6 months with no need to raise capital until that time has to generate interest at some point.
