Research the history of BML and read every ASX announcement since it floated (including its prospectus) - then look at how well they have achieved all their goals and timelines, then look at all the dilution that has taken place, then look at all the forecasts and timelines they provided, then look again at how many capital raises have been done, then look at who has provided the company money during capital raises (any big investment banks or mum and dad investors??), then read all the great "Proactive investor" presentations (these are top quality - great way to spend shareholders money)...
I can go on and on, if you care to educate yourself you will do some reading. I also suggest you do some research about the CEO and see what other companies he has been involved in and how they have developed. Look at where this company is and ask yourself whether a company that has been around for over 5 years during a massive mining boom should have achieved more?
